2. How We Use Your Information

• Match you with relevant campaigns and product trials.
• Communicate campaign updates, survey reminders, and promotional messages from TryLyst or brand partners.
• Share limited personal info (name, email, shipping address) with brand partners for campaign execution, product fulfillment, or reporting.
• Publish your review or UGC on external retail platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon, Sephora, Walmart) if you opt in during the qualification process.
• Syndicate your content to third-party review platforms (like Yotpo or Bazaarvoice) for display on brand websites or retailer listings, with attribution as “Originally posted on TryLyst.”
• Analyze aggregated feedback to generate trend insights for brand partners.
• Track task completion to award campaign bonuses and process payments.
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.
• Improve our platform functionality, targeting, and user experience.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Review Syndication & Content Reuse

When you submit, upload, post, or otherwise provide any content in connection with a TryLyst campaign — including but not limited to reviews, ratings, survey responses, testimonials, photos, videos, audio, written feedback, and any social media content (collectively, “Content”) — whether:

• Submitted directly on the TryLyst Platform, or
• Posted publicly on any social media platform and tagging or mentioning TryLyst, the participating brand, or the campaign hashtag, or
• Otherwise created in connection with participation in a TryLyst campaign,

• Use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit the Content, in whole or in part, in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed; and
• Use the Content for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, publicity, social media, paid media, email campaigns, product packaging, research, product development, in-store displays, e-commerce listings, television, radio, and other commercial or promotional purposes.
• Push or syndicate your Content to third-party review and syndication platforms such as Yotpo or Bazaarvoice, where it may be displayed on brand websites, retailer listings, advertising channels, in-store displays, and other online or offline marketing, promotional, or commercial channels, with attribution such as “Originally posted on TryLyst.”

• This license is perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free, and allows for full sublicensing, so that TryLyst and its brand partners can provide your Content to agencies, retailers, and other partners for use.
• Content may be displayed with your first name, last initial, age range, and/or general location (e.g., “Alex M., 25–34, Texas”) if required or customary for the platform or placement.
• All incentivized Content will include FTC-compliant disclosure when published.
• Once published externally, your Content may be governed by third-party platform terms and may remain publicly accessible indefinitely.

4. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

Products provided through TryLyst campaigns are supplied directly by participating brand partners. TryLyst does not manufacture or test these products. It is your responsibility to read all packaging, ingredient lists, instructions, warnings, and safety information provided by the brand or retailer before using any product received through the TryLyst Platform. If you have known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or other health concerns, you should review the product information carefully and consult a qualified professional before use. By participating in a campaign, you agree that TryLyst LLC and its brand partners are not responsible for any adverse reaction, injury, or harm resulting from your use or misuse of any product provided through the Platform.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to:

• Analyze how users interact with our platform.
• Personalize your experience and deliver relevant content.
• Power retargeting ads and conversion tracking through third-party platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.

6. Data Integrity, Availability & Retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to support campaigns, analyze performance, fulfill legal duties, and improve our services. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@trylyst.com.

While TryLyst uses commercially reasonable measures to store and protect your information, we do not guarantee that your data will always remain available or intact. In the event of a system failure, security breach, platform update, account migration, or other unforeseen event, some or all of your information and content may be lost, deleted, or become inaccessible.

You are solely responsible for maintaining copies of any content, information, or records you wish to preserve. TryLyst is not liable for the loss, deletion, or corruption of data, and you may be required to re-register, re-verify your account, or re-submit content or campaign proof in the event of data loss or account migration.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no platform can guarantee 100% security.

8. Children’s Privacy

TryLyst is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted data, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Users

TryLyst is operated from the U.S. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., your data will be processed in accordance with U.S. laws.

10. Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request what personal information we collect and share.
• Request deletion of your data.
